They were very upfront on what they were doing with the car and the time they would need to do the service. Everyone was very polite and greeting people in a warm manner. car and the time they would need to do the service. Everyone was very polite and greeting people in a warm manner. More

They always rotate tire, this is fine but the technicians doing it don’t know what the tire pressures on av Aviator are supposed to be. All they need to do is look on door pillar and get the correct info. This car runs totally different pressure in front versus rear tires it never gets corrected. Rotating rear to front and not correcting the pressure. This time the rears were off by 12 psi. I always have to correct all four. They assume all models are the same. I told them the door pillar touch key pad doesn’t respond to my touching the lock function. It did fine the first year of use. Tech said he touched the seven and nine numbers simultaneously and it locked each time. Yes it does but that is the old system method. This car is supposed to lock by simply touching the lock symbol. It fails 80% of the time. He failed to realize it works that it should work that way and said it’s fine. Techs should know what they are doing. From tire pressures to electronics. I’m not sure I would feel comfortable if they had to repair a serious mechanical problem. More
