This was the second time I’ve had the works preform on my car and they didn’t rotate the tires. I questioned whether my tires had been rotated. Jasmine asked the technician and was told yes he rotated the t car and they didn’t rotate the tires. I questioned whether my tires had been rotated. Jasmine asked the technician and was told yes he rotated the tires. Jasmine came back and told me he did rotate them. Unto the technician and Jasmine knowing I had marked the tires before going in this morning. After showing Jasmine he had the tech to take it back and rotate them It’s sad when the technician lies to the service advisor about his work. I was happy with Jasmine action to correct this problem. He was great. Again I just want to express my being upset with the technician about telling a lie and hoping I wouldn’t know. If I hadn’t marked my wheels before going in it would have been my word against his and I’m sure I would have lost that argument. It makes one wonder if I can trust the service work done on my vehicle there in the future. Again very happy with Jasmine response to the problem and taking care of it. Not happy with the technician at all. More
