I am more than satisfied with the work done on my Lincoln Navigator by Moses Ford. Also they are courteous and responsive within a few hours. I have had problems with the service manager at the St. Albans location. Every other employee that is in service or parts have been friendly and I have had no issues. But Chris Kirksey seemed as if he was Albans location. Every other employee that is in service or parts have been friendly and I have had no issues. But Chris Kirksey seemed as if he was determined to not help me. I just wanted my estimate for my car that I had paid for was told I would have by 3:10 after my son spent an hour and half there. So at 4:30 I was still trying to get my estimate. He refused to call and tell them I was waiting or even be nice and decent to me. I think his name was Tanner when Chris left the room was kind enough to call down and tell them I was waiting on this and that is the only reason I left there with the estimate. But Chris has informed me that I can no longer get my BMW serviced there because he did not like my opinion of him when he asked. So now I have to take my vehicle minimum of 2.5 hours away to get the work that it needs done because every other place says it has to be done at dealership. Also when insurance called back to clarify what they put on the estimate the dealership told them they did not know what needed done. More
