The service employee took the time to find her a tire, send for it, and managed to get her on her way. He worked her into a busy schedule with smiles and and a willingness to help. More
GO ELSEWHERE! !! Dealership obviously did NOT want my business, I did a online inquiry about a X3 that was offered online for $42,xxx.00, emailed the dealership, af !! Dealership obviously did NOT want my business, I did a online inquiry about a X3 that was offered online for $42,xxx.00, emailed the dealership, after hearing back from a lady by the name of Paige Asbury, I advsied what I was looking to do, however the next day the price for the SAME vehicle was RAISED to over $53,xxx.00 online. I was advised the $42,xxx price was an "error" however they could let me have the vehicle for $43,xxx, which already made me feel like I was going to experience issues. The sales manager Aaron Casto, who advised of the "pricing error" asked for pictures of my trade in which were sent promptly back to him on Wednesday, I never heard another word from the dealership. I took my business to BMW of Asheville NC who I contacted on Friday, and took delivery on my new car yesterday, 7/23/2022. This dealership seems to be a bunch of scam artist, buyers BEWARE. More
