Not good service I bought 2 auto's from them and contact to have back up cameras put in them. They picked the service company to do the work. Now I am having trouble I bought 2 auto's from them and contact to have back up cameras put in them. They picked the service company to do the work. Now I am having trouble getting my auto home. They new that I live alone and had no way to get it by myself. I would not buy anything from them. They do not care about after the sale. I will not buy any more from the Moses auto group More

Horrible customer service I called to check on a vehicle that I saw online and the gentleman told me that it was an awesome vehicle and that I needed to hurry and see it before I called to check on a vehicle that I saw online and the gentleman told me that it was an awesome vehicle and that I needed to hurry and see it before it was gone. So I drove over an hour to see this vehicle at the lot but was informed it was not at that location but at another store of theirs. I was told that they would be waiting for me when I arrived to show me the vehicle. Well as I arrived no one knew who I was or what I was there for nor did they have the vehicle at that location. So by now I am a bit ticked off. I was prepared to purchase the vehicle on the spot but these clowns have no idea what is going on. I have bought several cars from them in the past and will not be purchasing any more from them. More
