First time service experience I brought my car, bought used at Moses, in for service. There was a problem, which they fixed. Service took about five hours, but I was well taken care of. But, because of the length of service and supposedly a rainstorm coming, they didn't not clean the car, as they apparently normally do. I'm to remind them of it, next time I'm coming in for service. More

Can't say enough good things about our entire process. We drove from Roanoke, VA to Moses and they had everything setup for the sale and were 100% accurate on the condition of the used car. Their service staff did a fabulous job doing the inspection and getting a few prior existing problems (an outstanding Chevy recall for that year car) resolved before we even saw the car. Absolutely no surprizes except for how amazingly easy they made the process. More

Wonsderfu customer service While traveling in West Virginia for work, the "check engine" light came on. I went to Moses the next morning to see if they could diagnose the probl While traveling in West Virginia for work, the "check engine" light came on. I went to Moses the next morning to see if they could diagnose the problem. The service department was booked for the day. Out of 3 technicians, one was able to fit me in. They were able to fix my car and I was on my way within the same morning. I can say that the first technician that i spoke with was not very helpful but I would still recommend their service department based on my experience. More

Bait and Switch I received two different letters in the mail from Chevrolet informing me that if I had experienced either of the problems to report it to a dealer. I received two different letters in the mail from Chevrolet informing me that if I had experienced either of the problems to report it to a dealer. I made an appointment online a week away early in the morning to have work done on my car for excessive oil usage. I did not experience power loss from a fuel sensor. I was informed I could use the shuttle service once I arrived and that the job should not take more then a day. I arrived at my appointment first in line and was informed that I had to prove excessive oil consumption by a test? This was the first time I had heard of this and even in the call made to me to confirm my appointment it was not brought up. I allowed the "test" to be performed. Then I was asked if I wanted a shuttle ride home while they only changed the oil. I declined the offer and opted to wait. Then 45 minutes later I was informed my car was done and I could come up to the front to pick it up. On the way there I was asked to see a lady in a side room where I was charged almost 70$ for an oil change. This was the definition for a bait and switch. I have filed a complaint with the better business burrow and consumer affairs. Definitely shady business practices. More

Consistency and attentiveness. Never had a bad experience, and I've owned several Buicks. When Century got boring, checked out. Now I have a Regal; it's great.
