I am really sorry you have had a poor experience. It is never our intention for this to happen. We take a lot of pride in giving every customer the best of experiences. I have researched your complaint with the service department. I believe in this instance there is a communication issue. I agree 100% with you! We should always keep everyone informed of any needed repairs or associated fees for diagnostic. I understand you have been communicating with my Service Manager Bill Louden. He has informed me that any diagnostic fee will be credited to the repair of your Buick. I am also at the understanding that we have scheduled an appointment for the repair and have already discussed pricing.
