No one really wants to go for car service. It means long waits, spending money you may not have, and making appointments when it might be inconvenient. But at Moses, they fit me in when I happen to be in th waits, spending money you may not have, and making appointments when it might be inconvenient. But at Moses, they fit me in when I happen to be in the area, the shop looks like a showroom floor to let me know I’m in good hands, the waiting area is set up for customers’ comfort, and I leave there feeling like a VIP. What more could one ask for? More

Sales manager fail! Our attempt at buying a vehicle came down to an SUV that had about 38K miles on it. The tires were going to need replaced within the next 5K miles of Our attempt at buying a vehicle came down to an SUV that had about 38K miles on it. The tires were going to need replaced within the next 5K miles of new ownership and we tried to negotiate for that expense in the deal. I offered to purchase the vehicle for $100 bucks less than the dealership's last offer and they balked. Sales manager said NO deal over a single one hundred dollar bill. Two weeks later I bought a nicer, newer SUV with a better warranty from a different dealership. Speaking of warranties, Moses wanted $2500 for the extended "powertrain only" warranty plan on a 2018 escape. The folks I bought from sold me a 6 year 120K mile bumper to bumper warranty for $1600 bucks! Saddest thing is I spent eight hours at the dealership over two days and i was the only person shopping for a car... and they let me go over a hundred bucks. More
