We made our appointment, drove in, spent some time looking at the new cars, and since it was a cooler, rainy day, had a nice salesman explaining and demonstrating all the features of the new models. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and time passed quickly. After a tour of the new car showroom, we returned to the waiting area and after only a short wait, saw our car come out of service. The work had been done completely, the car checked completely, and I had a good feeling about the quality of the service. We paid up and left smiling. Now, if there was any one thing that would need improvement, it is the website appointment maker. I tried it and didn't have any luck, so I resorted to calling. The service manager was very apologetic about the website and very quickly got me an appointment that suited my needs. Just a minor bump and no real problem. But it would be nice to just do it online. Oh, I had a nice coupon they had sent me and it is always good to save money! More
I'll never buy from this dealership again They sold me a lemon. I bought a 2015 Ford Focus in 2017. The car had 35,000 miles on it at time of purchase. From the time of purchase until this mon They sold me a lemon. I bought a 2015 Ford Focus in 2017. The car had 35,000 miles on it at time of purchase. From the time of purchase until this month I had the clutch replaced no less that 4 times and the TCM replaced twice. I was told I needed a new transmission which would cost me between $2100-$2800. I told them that I had purchased the platinum extended warranty. They told me I had until I produced paper work. They told me that they had "accidentally" placed the warranty under another customer. Once that was fixed I was told yes the transmission is covered. I gave them the ok since it was covered. Well several days pass and I receive a call stating that the warranty is void because they "found water in the transmission" and I owe them $660 to put the faulty transmission back together and get my car back. When I asked how water got into a sealed transmission I was told "I don't know." I will never purchase another car from this dealership and if I can help it I'll never purchase another Ford. More
Shady dealership I had a family member purchase a 2015 ford in 2016 along with an extended warranty. The car was in the shop no less than 6 times for transmissions i I had a family member purchase a 2015 ford in 2016 along with an extended warranty. The car was in the shop no less than 6 times for transmissions issues. Finally it was decided that the transmission should be replaced. They were told because of the warranty there would be no cost to them. They brought their vehicle in, the mechanic then stated well theres water in the transmission which nullified the warranty. A transmission is a sealed unit, so the only way this could have happen was mechanic error ir the vehicle having been in a flood (which it was not unless this occurred prior to my family member purchasing it) They then proceeded to tell the owner thgat not only was it not covered but they would need to pay 600.00 for labor to get their vehicle back,in non working order. After some reasearch it was discovered that there are currently several class action law suits against for for faulty transmissions. No one from this family will ever purchase a vehicle from this dealership again. Buyer beware! More

These guys are scam artists So, I get this slick "scratch off" lotto-style flier from Morristown Ford. I looked it over and couldn't find anywhere that I had to buy a car to get So, I get this slick "scratch off" lotto-style flier from Morristown Ford. I looked it over and couldn't find anywhere that I had to buy a car to get the prizes. So, I have like $3100 in "winnings," on the various contests on their flier. One of them even says $500 cash.. it also says I get a $25 WalMart gift card.. $35 if I go on a test drive. Suffice to say, the whole thing was a scam.. because you don't get a thing. But better yet, they tried to sell me a minivan for $15,500.. when that very same minivan (listed by VIN number) was on their website for $9500. When I called them on it, they they played dumb, then admitted they were trying to fleece me. The shenanigans these guys pull, should be criminal. When they pull out a form that has 3 or 4 spots for you to "initial" before you agree to a price.. RUN. I feel sorry for anyone that goes in to this place thinking they are going to get a good deal. Believe me folks, there are honest dealers out there, you don't need to deal with these crooks. AVOID! More

Best Ford Dealer This is the 3rd ford we have bought from Morristown Ford and each time have been very satisfied with the experience. Our salesman Daron was great to deal with and has completely earned our trust. We were late getting there due to work but Daron waited on us and stayed to make sure we were taken care of...we were in the form of a new Ford Explorer. Alex in finance was also excellent to deal with and thouroughly explained everything. We will be using Morristown Ford for our future Ford purchases. More
