Poor communication, asked to have the washer fluid system checked because we were loosing a lot of wiper fluid without using much. All we got from them was that we had an oil leak, not from where and the sev checked because we were loosing a lot of wiper fluid without using much. All we got from them was that we had an oil leak, not from where and the severity. They topped off the wiper fluid. The car has been in my driveway two days without moving with a puddle of wiper fluid on the ground and an empty wiper fluid tank. The service advisor was rude, and they parked the car where we couldn’t find it. This dealer has been my only place I have used in the last 17 years and I’m not going back. The service advisors they have are poor, Except for Alex, he is good. More

I have been going to Morristown Ford for 4 years now. The last 2 experiences have been the worst. The first experience when I was contacted about my car being ready, nobody mentioned that there was a transmission fluid leak. I paid over the phone as I always do and picked up car after hours. I happened to see on my paper about transmission fluid leak and how it would need further diagnostics. I wish somebody would have let me know and I could have had them assess it while still there if they were able to work it in. The second experience I had, I made an appointment for oil change, tire rotation, cabin air filter replacement and mentioned transmission fluid leak from last visit. I was called the day of appointment to be notified of automatic $150 charge to look at transmission leak issue. I gave the okay. Then I was called back an hour or so later to be notified it was axle seal leak and would cost $750 total. I gave them permission to fix it. I assumed the “total” included my oil change, tire rotation, and cabin filter replacement. I should have verified it before getting off phone but I didn’t and that’s my mistake. I was called back the next day and told my car was ready. I said I would pay over phone and was transferred to cashier. I was told it would be $963. I didn’t question it but should have since was told $750 but maybe I misunderstood the total costs to begin with. When I went to pick up car, my paper showed I was charged $990 instead of $963, a surcharge if $28 and some change that nobody told me I would be charged over phone. Then it also mentioned on my multi point inspection that there was a nail in right rear tire, something nobody ever told me on the 3 different phone calls I received. I assumed it was fixed but honestly should have questioned it. My low pressure light came on during commute home, all for me to realize it wasn’t fixed. And my car was on their lot for an entire week since I did not have a ride to pick it up right away. So they could have mentioned this nail and I would have gave them the go ahead to fix it! I called the dealership on Monday and spoke directly to the service manager. I do not know his name. He listened to my complaint but I could tell he could care less. His excuse for not repairing my tire was legally they couldn’t touch my tire?! They could have if I knew about it and gave them permission! But nobody told me! I have gave this dealership thousands of dollars for the last 4 years. But not anymore. Didn’t even have courtesy to tell me about nail in my tire or about a surcharge for using credit card that’s never been charged before. I said I would not be returning to them for future needs but I could tell the manager could care less. Don’t waste your time or money going here. More
