I have always had good results with Morristown Ford's service department. The latest visit was for a warranty transmission issue and routine oil change. Everything went well. Morristown Ford also fixed a service department. The latest visit was for a warranty transmission issue and routine oil change. Everything went well. ON AN E MAIL FROM MORRISTOWN FORD I GOT A QOUTE OF 28,000 ON NEW TRUCK . I GET THERE AND HE WRITES DOWN 29,000. THAT KILLED IT RIGHT THEN AND THERE. I AM A 20 YEAR RETIRED FROM THE USAF. I WAS ASKED IF I WAS ON NEW TRUCK . I GET THERE AND HE WRITES DOWN 29,000. THAT KILLED IT RIGHT THEN AND THERE. I AM A 20 YEAR RETIRED FROM THE USAF. I WAS ASKED IF I WAS A DISABLED VETERAN AND I AM NOT SO I TOLD THEM SO. A DISCOUNT WOULD OF BEEN GIVEN IF I WAS. THAT IS NICE TO OFFER TO THOSE MEN AND WOMEN BUT WHAT ABOUT ALL THE OTHER VETERANS WHO SACRIFICED 20 PLUS YEARS. FOR THE RECORD A DISABLED VETERAN DOES NOT HAVE TO OF BEEN IN COMBAT. I WAS THINKING OF TRADING IN MY 96 FORD TRUCK AND WAS TOLD IF IT WAS A 98 I WOULD QUALIFY FOR ANOTHER DISCOUNT. SEEMS I DO NOT QUALIFY FOR MUCH WITH MORRISTOWN FORD AS I JUST SEEM TO BARELY MISS THEM. AFTER TWO MONTHS OF LOOKING AT EVERY NEW TRUCK OUT THERE, THIS WAS THE WORST PLACE. MY DAD WAS A SERVICE WRITER FOR OVER 30 YEARS SO I KNOW WHAT THE DEAL IS...OR SHOULD I SAY, IS NOT! More
