I brought in our car for a repair and an oil change.1 or I brought in our car for a repair and an oil change. 1 or 2 days later we get an estimate of the cost which wasn’t cheap but it needed to be done. Two weeks later, I receive a voicemail saying our car was done. Upon arrival, the invoice is about $100 more than quoted. This got me very frustrated and I asked for an explanation, the service representative tried to explain the xxxxxx math which didn’t add up. In the end her explanation was that the quote I received 1-2 days after bringing the car in was just for the repair and not for the service. She stated she was sorry they made a $50 error, but still made it clear that I as a customer have no right to be angry because of their unclear communication and financial mistake in their favor. How much extra money are they pocketing by these “mistakes”? This is the last time we will ever set foot in this establishment and we will never purchase a Ford again. Save yourself time, money and frustration by doing business elsewhere. More

I have been speaking with Alex and Patti about a vehicle in the past two weeks. Granted I have a challenging credit situation but on Thursday of last week Patti emails me she has an approval for me for 15k in the past two weeks. Granted I have a challenging credit situation but on Thursday of last week Patti emails me she has an approval for me for 15k at 401.00 monthly which I accepted. Patti said she would contact me the next morning with my options of a down payment and I haven’t heard from her since. This followed Alix doing the exact thing to me the week before. I gave Patti a Chance after I had given up on Morristown Ford. After apologizing to me and please please give them one more chance since Alix dropped the ball. So like an idiot I did and now I’m still sitting here with a rental vehicle because my truck has tore up and I ran out of time to get one before that happened. So I do NOT recommend Alix or Patti for anyone Who is in a bad situation trying to buy a vehicle. They neither are capable of being truthful or helpful. More
