The vehicle was in service for oil change, and an inspection was conducted, but it was not communicated to me then that the rear brake pads were down to 4 mm which is at the low end. Upon calling the inspection was conducted, but it was not communicated to me then that the rear brake pads were down to 4 mm which is at the low end. Upon calling the service center I was told that it should be OK for 5000 miles, but when told that I would be pulling about to Florida Recommendation was to change the brakes. If somebody had discussed the break situation with me while the vehicle was there the first time I could’ve saved myself an extra trip. Service is good, people are friendly, communication could be better. More
