I'm very sorry to see this 1-star review. The amount of the loan was different due to the customer's selection of a Vehicle Service Contract which increased the principle amount of the loan. We have re-written the contract and removed the VSC per the customer's request. It is never our intention to mislead our customer(s) and sincerely hope you appreciate our handling of this matter to your satisfaction.
