SERVICE VISIT

I booked my oil change through my email reminder. When I arrived my appointment didn't show for that day (that could have been my fault) but the Staff Member was great and fit me right in. I had a very small wait time even though the service area was busy. I love the videos you receive showing what's being done to your vehicle while it's being serviced and that they explain how your breaks are doing and that there is no damage under your vehicle, etc. Staff are friendly, very respectful, and just all around great to deal with. I'd recommend anyone go to Morristown Chevrolet to purchase a vehicle or just have your vehicle serviced. More

If you are looking to buy a car steer clear of Morristown Chevy, they will promise you approval. After a month I was told to bring my car back because the loan was denied, and they would give me the 3 grand Chevy, they will promise you approval. Upon arrival they decided to tell me it would be up to 5-7 businesses days before my check came. Now I’m stuck without a car until they decide to call me with my check. More
