I was very appreciative because the oil change and tire rotation cost $93.00 each time. They are in the same pricing ballpark as their competitors. I have been using the quick lane for about 3 years now and have had very little to complain about. More

I appreciated their honesty and I told them I could bring the vehicle back at the conclusion of the appointment. The service was completed upon my return in an expeditious and professional manner. I was completely satisfied with the staff's honesty, courteous demeanor and professionalism. More

Zeck Ford Did Right by Me First let me say me old service advisor, Emmanuel, is not longer working at the dealership and with his departure, so went the friendly face and manne First let me say me old service advisor, Emmanuel, is not longer working at the dealership and with his departure, so went the friendly face and mannerisms I had long grow accustomed to. Danny was a new face to me and he has his own personality. Nothing bad, he just wasn't what I was used to. I will say he was professional and efficient. He promised my 2006 Mustang GT would only get the attention necessary to fix the problem and any changes to that, he would seeks my approval first. That is a big deal to someone with custom tuned engine! You do not want the dealership to install an update and erase your highly prized horse power gains...it ends up costing time and money plus it entails a special trip to Indiana to get the work done again. He was good to his word! Finally, the work to my Mustang's electrical and charging system was done in a timely manner and within a reasonable amount of time. In fact, the work was done well before the estimated time of completion. In the end, the electrical/charging system in my vehicle tested within Ford Motor Company's specs. The reason my 100 month batteries keep discharging (going dead) remains a puzzle, but Danny gave out some steps out of a few Ford Motor Company Technical Service Bulletins (TSB) that would prevent the likelihood of a future battery discharge. I am satisfied that Danny, the service tech, and the dealership did all they could to fix this issue one and for all time. The best part...I wasn't charged for the work done...they just wanted to make it right. You can't do better than that! More
Great work by the body shop - BUT - really poor customer service. Recently had Zeck Body Shop complete a significant repair to my SUV's front end. Work looked great and I was initially very happy. Unfort service. Recently had Zeck Body Shop complete a significant repair to my SUV's front end. Work looked great and I was initially very happy. Unfortunately, later there were some issues with the work and when I attempted to address them with the Body Shop I was told that not only was the problem not attributable to Zeck but that I was completely wrong about the issue. There was absolutely zero interest in seriously considering my concerns; further discussion with the Body Shop manager initially resulted in the same answer from them - could not be there fault I was wrong about the issue. After significant explanations the management finally agreed that it was possible that they had made the mistake and that they would replace the damaged part. Unfortunately this came after nearly 40 minutes of conversation. I feel quite sorry that my initial very positive impression of Zeck has been completely changed - quite disappointed in their approach to customer service. More
My husband & I had purchased our 2007 Ford 500 from Danny Zeck over 5 years ago, but it broke down on my way to work last month. All of the sudden something broke & it would not run right. So, I had it towed to a shop, who told me I blew my motor. I then had it towed home as I did not believe that my motor was blown. We called the dealership & they came & picked it up THAT day, checked it out & turns out that it was the timing chain. Although very uncommon for a car to throw a timing chain, it did just that. Well we decided to trade it in instead, so we worked with Jake on looking at cars. He was so patient with us as we looked at several different styles. We decided on a car and went thru the loan process with Dave, who also helped us to get an extended warranty that would cover things like the timing chain. It sure brought piece of mind to our new but used purchase, especially since we had a fairly new car that had such an unusual issue. They took good care of us & we will be back if we decide to get another vehicle. THANKS JAKE!! More
Zeck Ford is the only dealership/service center I will go to while living in MO/KS area for my vehicle needs. There's no "games" and they are always trying their best to work with me. Especially the service to while living in MO/KS area for my vehicle needs. There's no "games" and they are always trying their best to work with me. Especially the service center who does quality work at affordable price. I have gone to them on (4) occasions now and will go again hands down. On top of that, Military are constantly being watched by dealerships to try to play their games on unsuspecting privates. These guys don't play that, Anyone I have ever heard referring to Zeck Ford has only been positive feedback, Regarding Sales or Service. More
So I wrote a review a couple of weeks ago in regards to our F150 that we had bought used and the nightmare has not stopped since then. We went to take it off the lot and noticed a large issue that had occu our F150 that we had bought used and the nightmare has not stopped since then. We went to take it off the lot and noticed a large issue that had occured somewhere between us bringing it back from a test drive and them handing us the keys (most likely the car wash). The broken bug shield not only scraped and scratched everything from the fender to the grill it was now missing a 12" piece. After several hours of arguing with multiple different people it was finally agreed that they would fix it. They did fix the fender and the bug guard but "buffed" out the grill which left ugly bubbles and it certainly is not the way we signed for it. It took them a week to fix the issues that they said would be done in two days. They did give us a rental Focus which i wouldn't say is a replacement for the fact that we just bought a truck but we went along with it. We have now officially had our truck for a week back and everything is fixed. Well, now we got the title and went to go title the truck and were told it was double what the dealership had told us. The dealership said it shouldn't be that much, but unfortunately we can't argue with the state of missouri. Twice I was told by individual's in the finance department that I was wrong and the dmv was wrong but that is only because they clearly dont know. You do not get to just not pay local taxes as they showed us on the computer while purchasing the car, that only happens if you dont live within the city limits. Then we see that they had included a check with our title and come to find out financed us for the misquoted tax price even after we asked them not to. So now we are being taxed on that amount as well. I am clearly not happy with the service and "two-faced" talk that I get now that I have signed for the truck. If I wanted to be pushed around and talked down to I would have gone to a dealership that wasn't 45 minutes from home. Especially considering their "BLUE OVAL" satisfaction guarantee. I am not satisfied. More
I did not expect that kind of service. Emmanuel Bradley, my service advisor was very friendly, fast, and professional. The works fuel package service has low cost, and make you feel safe. I would do my next service on Zeck Ford, and will recommend them to my friends. More
