Tire appointment I called at about 9AM and made a 4:00 appointment to have 2 tires installed. I arrived a little early (10 minutes or so) and checked in. I waited until 4:20 before the car was ever moved from the front lot. At 4:50, I was told that it would be at least another 30 minutes before it would be finished because "we only have one machine, and they are jumping back-and-forth between vehicles". I explained to him that I made an appointment for this work to be done. His explanation was that "Well, we do walk-ins, too!" and he walked away. Finally at about 5:15, my car was ready. Your dealership has lost my business, partly because of this incident, and partly because you severely over-charge for tires. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Cliff Packard More

Called to see if I could get it looked at and managed to get an appointment 5 days later. I dropped the truck off at 7:40am and went to work. I called at 11:30 and the truck had not been looked at yet. My ride was leaving work, so I went back to the dealership at NOON. Truck still not looked at. I sat there until 2:30pm (7 Hours after it was dropped off. Still not looked at. I took the truck and left. NO apology, NO explanation and they had the xxxxx to ask if I wanted to reschedule. NEVER use this place. I Won't More

Professional Staff I regularly go to Zeck Ford for the routine maintenance on my 2012 Ford Edge. The staff have always been very courteous and helpful when explaining any problems they have found. Today was a classic example. I came in for routine maintenance and mentioned that I had a headlight out. The Service Advisor , Danny Scanlon, understood my issue and pulled out the bulb, which requirers a touch and feel to locate and extract, and checked to ensure the bulb was defective not wiring or the headlight assembly. This was accomplished in a matter of minutes. His professional expertise with parts and testing of a component gave me confidence that my problem was identified and the correct part was replaced in a very timely manner. When the inspection and service was completed by the maintenance staff I felt very confident that all the work was done in a very professional manner!! More

This last time I called was because my car wouldn't start and they told me to bring it in that night. They even provided me with a number to get it towed if I needed. My battery was replaced quickly and they had me back on the road in no time. It's nice that they were able to get me in right away even though I didn't have an appointment. It's good to know I can always count on them for reliable, fast service. More
Excellent customer service I purchased a used 2013 F150, and after driving for a week a problem came up requiring service. I live about 45 minutes from the dealership so I didn't want to bring it back to Zeck, but I also felt that since it was so soon after purchasing the truck that Zeck should take care of the problem. No questions asked...my sales rep offered to send a driver with a loaner vehicle to pick up my truck, fix the problem, and then deliver my truck and take the loaner back. Everything was coordinated over text message as I was tied up in meetings all day and unable to take phone calls. My sales rep was out of state for training, so she worked with a colleague to get everything lined up. The loaner was a brand new 2016 F150, and they had my truck serviced and returned to me in just over a day. Everyone at Zeck followed through on their commitments, including the service technician who called me when service was complete and explained the problem and the repairs. I was a bit skeptical when purchasing a used vehicle from a small town Ford dealership, as I was trading in my BMW and over the last few years had grown accustomed to the top notch customer service that BMW provides. My experience with Zeck totally exceeded my expectations and everyone involved went out of their way to take care of me. I couldn't have asked for the situation to be handled any better. More

Amazing service all around I purchased a car form another dealer getting away from the Ford cars I love and it was a huge mistake. I spoke to a salesman at Zeck Ford Leavenwort I purchased a car form another dealer getting away from the Ford cars I love and it was a huge mistake. I spoke to a salesman at Zeck Ford Leavenworth KS, Kyle Anderson. told him what I was wanting and he found me the Taurus of my dreams and I was in the car, papers signed , service done and on the road in 3 days. My salesman was so pleasant, not pushing , made me feel right at home. He even set up my phone for me, (wonderful). I had the nest service you can ever imagine. A few months later, I did a stupid thing and pulled up to close to the parking cement block and I heard my front end scrape. When I got home I realized I had pulled the front bumper away from the car and I stopped into Zeck Ford to get an estimate for the cost to repair. Having a high deductible I was concerned about an insurance claim. Caleb Snowberg came out and took a look and popped that bumper right back in place and with permission from me applied a strong adhesive to hold it for life. He two was awesome!!! While I was waiting for the adhesive to dry I was asked by another one of your salesmen if I needed any help. I asked him for a comment card and he politely lead me to them but went the extra mile and explained to me about the DealerRater.com site. He gave me information and he was so nice. His name was Mark Atkinson. This morning my check tire pressure came on while driving to work from Kansas City, I knew Zeck was open so I pulled in there and the service person put all tires at the correct pressure, told me what he thought it was and again, I was in and out in 15 minutes, treated so very well, I am only sorry I did not get his name. He was an older gentleman. I cannot say enough about the quality people you have working there. I am a Older Black woman, you may not understand how good it feels and how nice it is to have young men (especially non-black men) treat you with such respect and dignity. Their parents raised them right and you have hired what I can say is the best of the best. Danny Zeck Ford is the best, truly AWESOME and I will tell the world to shop with you for vehicles.
