Relatively responsive scheduling (based on self diagnosis, they estimated it would be a week before they could devote the time for full analysis and repair); Service Department was ready for the truck on the appointment date. They were prompt with analysis, responsive to my questions and verification of what action wanted taken. In addition a free loaner replacement vehicle which would have increased the total repair cost to me! Though the total cost was $50 over the original estimate of $1602 - the additional cost was almost nothing compared to having to rent a vehicle. More

Do you enjoy being over charged? They got me with the ol'bait and switch. I came in to buy a dream car, I agreed on the price of 11k. They said I needed to pay the taxes and administration fee of $1600 and I bought gap insurance for $795. What I financed? $13476.79 After I paid the $1600... So guess what, they added on $494 Administration fee again. They raised the price of the car up so that my down payment now bright the car back down to the agreed price. More
Service Dept has little to no "service" I had my vehicle towed in thru Ford roadside with a flat tire and found the service dept was basically shut down well before their posted 6pm hours. It took too much effort to get the Zeck team to get moving on my repair the following day. Yes they basically stranded me overnight over a flat tire which is just about the simplest repair in a shop of that kind. I'm in a lease that is ending soon, I'm a virtually guaranteed new car buyer and find little reason to put Zeck in my list of possibilities. Speaking to management there I got the "ya sorry about that" response. More
Don't have them do repair I have brought two cars from them. The first one was because of the price and the miles and the second one was because I found out the first one had I have brought two cars from them. Which they did not disclose and it was not in the car fax report til I went to Car max to trade it in. I went back to Zeck ford and after demanding that they fix the issue for a month I ended up with another car from them to get off from up under my old car. Two months later the water pump went out.(Took it to the Dodge dealer not Zeck) Ok no problem got it fixed and so far so good 1 year later. But the quick lane oil changes is now a problem. I get my oil changed and my tires rotated regularly. About 6 months ago I had my tires rotated from them. We noticed a strange noise coming from the car so we took it in to Firestone to get checked out. Come to find out Zeck had not tightened up my lug nuts on my tires (Yes the lug nuts!). So one came off and the other four on the same tire (front passager) was loose. I took my Truck back up to Zeck. I showed them the paper work from Firestone and the lady at the desk said sorry we can offer your next oil change be on us. I asked if I could get the tires rotated on them to since that was the problem and she said no just the oil change. I said fine thanks. Went back in 3 months later for my oil change and tire rotation. A month later we heard the same sound again. We knew right off what it could had been, but we could not imagine it happing again. Sure enough I got out the car went to the back drivers tire and low and behold I could turn the lug nut with my hand (and I wear nails and I'm not that strong). I looked around the car and there was a lug nut missing again and the other ones was loose. I was livid . I have had dealings with Derek Zeck in the past about the lemon they solded me. So I called him. When I finally talked to him on the phone he sounded sincere. But then he had his service manager call me back to verify if what I was saying was true. (And I get that but could he had not checked the computer to verify what I was telling him and I know that this is a cruile world that we are living in and someone is always out to get something for free, but we are not those kind of people we just figured that if we spend our hard earned cash we want it to be done right and not put our family lives in danger). When I talked to the service manager he told me that it is just a human error and this has been happening and they will talk to the mechanic who did the job. He basically said just come get the nut on and thank God nothing happened. I asked him where was Derek Zeck who I wanted to talk to and he told me that the weather was bad and he might not make it in today that's why he had me to call you. I expressed to him that I made it to work in the snow and ice mix with one missing lug, because my husband tightened up the other ones the best that he could. And your telling me he can't make it in. But I just wanted a phone call from him because I did not want to deal with multiple people. I finally got a hold of Derek again and he told me to bring my Truck up after work and ask for him when I get there. I took my Truck up and asked for him. First of all the lady at the desk had no clue of what I was talking about so I had to tell her the story all over. She had to order the lug and that took about an hour. I told her that Derek told me to ask for him and she said, (I don't think he's here) in a very rude tone. I said,(Well he told me to ask for him when I got here) she just look at me and went towards the back. When she returned she did not say anything to me and I did not ask if she checked. They did not offer me anything not a oil change not a key chain not a car wash nothing. So I will NOT EVER GO TO ZECK FORD FOR SERVICE!!! THEY DON'T CARE I was just another paying customer. If my check would of bounced they would of tracked my down and charged me extra fees, but that there check bounced(to ensure good service) it was not big deal. I didn't DIE you know in a car accident. My husband checked the oil just the other day because he said my Truck was ticking and low and behold no oil was on the stick none. I had to go and buy some and put it in. He was very upset. I have a newer truck with no leaks so don't know what happened there just will not go back. We would of called and took my Truck back, but we don't know what they would of done the next time to it. More
Quick Lube This was my first visit.Showed up at 705am. I told the young lady I needed a oil change.She requested my vin,which I didn't know.I said I'll go get it before I could turn around she was out of her seat heading for the door.I said you don't have to do that I'll get it..She said that's fine just have a seat I'll take care of it.. I was in and out within 30 minutes.. Thanks for the great service .All your employees I encountered we're upbeat and positive.. Including the tech that bought my truck out..And this is on a Saturday!! Thanks More

Mike and JD in the service department have been so willing to work with me and explain the issues I am having on my Ford Flex. I took my Flex to a different dealership before being referred to Zeck. They won me over and turned my experience around for the better compared the the service at first dealership. I can honestly say they have a customer for life. I will tell anyone who asks that they need to go to Zeck. Incredibly happy. More

On my first visit here I was looking to buy a used car. I needed to be somewhere that afternoon and stated my need to leave at a certain time - which was disregarded during the drawn out process. The paperwork process for buying the car seemed incredibly drawn out and disorganized. The finance guy was a bully and put heavy pressure on me to purchase add-ons that I was upfront about not wanting. Upon buying my car I was promised a car detail (the car was dirty inside and out), which was scheduled along with a safety recall. The entire scheduling process for this was disorganized. I kept getting email notifications for the wrong dates and times. When I called to clear it up, no one seemed to know the answer and kept passing the buck. This was frustrating and took time out of my day to resolve. I dropped off my car for the service (which is an hour from my work). The turn around was supposed to be 1 day. I didn't receive a phone call after 24 hours so I called the dealership. They said my car was ready. I asked if everything had been done, they said yes, so I went to pick it up. I get my car and it was still as dirty as when I brought it in. IT HADN'T EVEN BEEN WASHED. So I went back into the service department and the manager says "yeah, I noticed that. They definitely didn't do the detail". If you noticed it, why did you give me my car without saying anything? And why did you say it had been done when it hadn't? That doesn't seem like service to me. Needless to say, I was pretty unhappy with the "service". I asked how long it would take to get the detail done and the manager said at least 2 hours, which I couldn't stick around for. They worked it out that someone drove to my work to pick up my car the following week to take it to get detailed, which was courteous. However, when the car was brought back, THE ONLY THING THAT HAD BEEN DONE WAS THAT MY CARPET HAD BEEN VACUUMED. THE CAR STILL HAD NOT BEEN WASHED! Nothing had been cleaned on the interior or exterior besides the carpet vacuum. Even though I didn't have to drive to the dealership, I still paid for the gas (2 hours worth of driving, in addition to the first attempt that didn't pan out) to have next to nothing done. It is completely unacceptable and I will not be going back to this dealership nor recommending it to anyone. More
