I spent an entire day test driving cars from their huge inventory of used vehicles. The best thing about Zeck Ford is their service, especially before the sale is made. If you feel something is wrong with the vehicle (worn rotors, etc), they will gladly service the vehicle to your standards. This is unlike any dealership out there! I wanted a specific vehicle with specific features at an even more specific price. Tony was very understanding and ensured us that he would make it happen. Tony updated us with new inventory that he thought would meet our criteria. After several extended test drives of prospective vehicles, I finally found the EXACT VEHICLE I wanted! Tony Cowdin, Rodney Davis - Sales Manager, and even Derek Zeck - Owner offer the type of customer service that makes Zeck Ford outstanding! I wouldn't buy a car anywhere else! More

He showed us quite a few cars and was very patient with us, as we were interested in three different models. Once choosing a model, we then drove quite a few cars in their inventory. We spent several hours with Jason before choosing a car and he was very helpful throughout the whole experience. He thoroughly knew the features of each vehicle. He answered our questions very objectively, unlike many salesman who try to influence your decision with their answer. Both the dealership owner and floor manager came out and introduced themselves at one point as well and thanked us for our business. I would recommend this dealership, and Jason in particular. More

I had gone into another Ford dealership and had spoken with a salesperson the day before and was very unsatisfied. I called my husband and told him I was done looking, due to having a bad expereince. On our way the next day to pick up one of our daughters we saw a tag with dzford on it and decided to look them up. I was amazed with the price of the truck we had been looking for, and was sure there must have been a catch. After speaking with Keith and Fran I was amazed at how wonderful of a total experience it was to look for and bring home exactly what I wanted. I'm 46 and going thru my mid life crisis, lol. Second and last divorce, credit out of wack, only at job for three months and no money to put down on the car I was needing! A couple weeks later Brendan called me about a equally nice car with everything I was requesting and low miles. He told me he would do me right and get me in it and I should come take it for a spin! I agree, nice car and had everything I asked for V8, stick, red, leather. It was Friday of fathers day weekend and near closing time. I was needing to leave to pick up my son who I hadn't seen in three months and Brendan made sure I picked him up in it. Had a few small issues from previous owners and the following week he had of all fixed in a couple days and he had me a loaner car to drive till it was ready. The car had everything fixed and it was detailed out! Great Experience! Need a car and going thru a crisis? I would suggest talking with Brendan at Zeck's! Thanks Brendan! I'll be back! More
Zeck ford has to be the worst customer service dealership in a 500 mile radious. I will not reccomend any of my friends or family to this dealership. I was ready to buy a used car from Danny Zeck Ford. When I went to write my check, the price of the car instantly went up $1,000! Then they started tacking on fees.
