Knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to make sure our buying experience was as stress free as possible. Every person associated with the Dealership, whether meeting formally with introductions, or chance encounters had a smile and an attitude that made us feel welcome. It is obvious the employees like where they work and this attitude is one of the reasons why their showroom was buzzing with customers. The Ford F150 met all of our requirements and now that we have had some seat time, has exceeded all expectations. This is one sweet truck. Our experience with Zeck Ford was great! My previous car quit on me the 4th of July, so we started searching. My husband found what he thought was a "great deal" at another dealership. The day I was to go quit on me the 4th of July, so we started searching. My husband found what he thought was a "great deal" at another dealership. The day I was to go drive it, our daughter and son-in-law stopped by. He got on-line to do some more searching, since, in his opinion it wasn't such a "great deal". Zeck Ford had so much more to choose from, and the prices were less than what we had previously seen. Jason Hartwell was the salesman me worked with--VERY patient friendly, and helpful. Not once did he try to pressure me in any way. I was thinking, "This is not the experience we had when purchasing our last vehicle at another dealership!!". I found my Escape and drove it home that night! Zeck Ford is where we will shop for vehicles, from here on out. Hopefully Jason will be there for our next purchase. Jason Hartwell--YOU ROCK!! More
The staff is very friendly and helpful. They took the time to work with us. We went there looking for a used car, but started looking at brand new ones. We purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion and we absolutely love it. I really liked how the staff was down to earth and not stuffy like other dealerships we had been to that day. It didn't matter to them that we were the last ones there. They still acted like we were the most important thing to them. Their customer service is #1. Other Ford dealers pale in comparison with these guys. Zeck Ford is the best in our book. More
I brought my 2003 Ford Mustang Cobra in for service on Friday 29 July 2011 at 740 AM for overheating. I was pretty confident that the electrical fan was not working properly. My vehicle was not even looked at until 300 PM that Friday. At that point I was finally notified that the fan assembly had to be replaced and that the part was on emergency order to be delivered on Saturday 30 July and that I should receive my vehicle back by 300 PM that afternoon. At 215 PM on 30 July I called requesting an update on the repair and was told they would check on it and call me back with an update. At 300 PM on 30 July I called back and was informed that the Service Department was closed. I explained the situation that I was told I was suppose to be receiving my vehicle back and was transferredto Bob in customer care. He proceeded to tell me that the part they received was the worng part and that the new part would be in on Tuesday. I told him I was not happy with that but understood. What I was most unhappy with was the fact that no one in the Service Department bothered to communicate with me on the situation and to me that was unacceptable. Bobs response was one of very poor demeanor and unprofessional and made excuses that he had just come back from vacation and was unaware of the reasons for the lack of communication from the service department to myself. I will not be using this service department again for any repairs or services on any of my vehicles. I will drive to a farther Ford Dealership if I need to receive further services on any of vehicles. I would not recommend the use of Danny Zeck Service Dept. More
We went into the dealership looking to buy either a used Chevy Tahoe, or a used Dodge Durango. We had previously gotten the big city run-around from Cable Dahmer Chevrolet, and Thoroughbred Ford. It was nice to walk into a dealerhip where a top executive (Derek) greeted you at the front door to welcome you to his business. Both Derek and Brendan were sincerely honest in their approach to the transaction, and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our price and purchase. If you want to avoid the big city dealers, and purchase a car in a no hassle, laid back, customer oriented atmosphere, I highly recommend giving these guys a shot. More
