After driving a 2009 Lincoln MKS, we knew we needed to look no further. The transaction went smoothly, no hidden fees or other surprises. After completing the deal, John Sandercox, the delivery coordinator, spent about 30 minutes acquainting us with all the features of our "new" car. He, too, was pure pleasure to work with. We went to the dealership initially on a Saturday and even though they were very busy and we were just looking Nick spent all of the time we needed to show us vehicles and allow us to test drive them.
