Well I bought a used Dakota and about two weeks after I bought it the check engine light came on. I called and spoke with Danny Scanlon and we set up a time to get it looked at. He said that I needed to replace a head and that it was gonna be expensive. So he and I talked about my options. I then went to Rick Mears, the man in sales who initially sold me the vehicle. He then went to Randy Davis and after a little negotiating Randy came back with a deal I didn't expect at all. I received a 50/50 1000 mile warranty that still would have had me paying around 1000 bucks but after talking with Randy and after he had of course spoken with Derek Zeck, I ended up not having to pay a dime on a pretty large shop bill. So in the end I say if you don't get your next car from Zeck you're a fool! The guys I delt with were awesome and got me out of a jam. Thanks again Randy, Danny, Rick, Derek, & Tom. You guys are great! More

I would recommend Zeck Ford to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle. The atmosphere is very inviting and their staff is very friendly. When i arrived at Zeck i was greeted at the door by Nick Na market for a vehicle. The atmosphere is very inviting and their staff is very friendly. When i arrived at Zeck i was greeted at the door by Nick Nava who actually listened to what i was interested in. He made the process very easy and i received a great deal on a Ford Escape. Soon after i made my purchase Nick followed up with me to see how i was doing, which was a very nice gesture. Needless to say anytime myself or a friend will be looking for a vehicle we will be going to Zeck Ford. More

Jason Hartwell was our sales rep and he patiently spent a tremendous amount of time with us in order to make us feel comfortable with the dealership. We liked the low key friendly atmosphere along with the price of the vehicle and by the end of our visit we felt that there was no need to look anywhere else. Though Jason did follow-up with us with a phone call, just to touch base, we never felt pressured or hounded in any way. Three weeks after our initial visit I returned to purchase the RAV4 and I would have to say that it was one of the quickest and easiest vehicle purchases I've ever made. If your shopping for a new (or used) vehicle and haven't stopped in at Zeck's you really should, you won't be disappointed. More

Jason was up front and honest with me at every turn. We were about to have our third child and needed a car that could hold three carseats and still have room for storage. I went to Zeck planning on test were about to have our third child and needed a car that could hold three carseats and still have room for storage. I went to Zeck planning on test driving an Expedition. Jason pointed out that I could get more for my money with a Flex and still have the room I needed. He found me exactly what I needed and for about $5,000 less than the Expedition I had originally thought I would buy. I shopped around at other dealers for a month trying to find a better deal on a Flex and could not find it. Zeck Ford was the best deal, and Jason was my favorite salesperson. The only negative for me was that Zeck's financing deals were not as good as other places I had checked. More
