When we arrived there were no secrets about the price we were paying for the car or what our interest rate was. Everyone was up front, honest, and friendly with us. Even the finance department was easy and pleasant to work with. Even though the price wasn't negotiable, the interest rate was and the finance department seemed to be as excited as we were when they got us a low one and the payments we wanted. The car we bought has the sync system in it and there was a guy there to walk me through how it worked. Everyone there was so nice and made the car buying process smooth. After searching the Internet for availability and price I found the Zeck Ford had 2 used 2010 Escapes with the mileage and price(Approx 15%-20% less then other dealers in my area) I Contacted Zeck Ford and Jason Harwell answered my email the very next day setting up an appointment date and time and followed up with a call the next day. When I arrived at Zeck Ford Jason had the 2 Escapes available for me and ready for test drives. After the test drives I selected ther Silver Escape, based on my wifes color preference, as both were outstanding vehicles. After I had selected the silver Escape Jason went over the vehicle with me to insure everything was in good condition, even pointing out where a cover was missing off the rear seat latch and immediately had it replaced. While they washed and cleaned the inside of the Escape I worked with the finance officer to get a loan on the Escape. He found me a very good 2.9% rate for 36 months as I requested.
