We were obviously a bit apprehensive travelling so far, hearing all the horror stories about vehicles not being as presented online or dealerships, once they get you there, not living up to their promises. None of this existed at Zeck Ford. Our salesperson, Dennis Vaughn, and the staff at Zeck Ford were pleasant to work with throughout the process. We had a target in mind with our trade-in, after doing our homework, and true to his word, Dennis worked with us to get us to that point. Kudos, also, to John Sandercox, the delivery coordinator, who took the time to show us the ins and outs of the new Ford Sync system and all the additional bells and whistles of our vehicle. One of the owners even came out to greet my wife and I as we were getting ready to head home. Their service didn't stop when we took our Ford Flex and drove it 3.5 hours home. Once we got home, we discovered the owners manual was missing from the glove box and we forgot to ask for the floor mats. Must have been new car buying excitement, forgetting to look for those things! I called up Dennis and he took care of me! Zeck Ford really seems to pride themselves in customer service and strives to develop loyalty with its customers. They also work hard to have a strong Internet presence. For those reasons, I highly recommend Zeck Ford! More

I had an amazing experience at Zeck Ford - Leavenworth! Everyone I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. David steered me towards Mercury Mariners with similar functionalities, and I was able to find the perfect car. I bought a used car that had scratches in the bumper (silver plate/trim part) and a scratch on the rear. David was great. He made sure the bumper got replaced and gave me paint that matched my car so I could cover the scratches. I was very impressed with the customer service at Zeck, and I didn't feel like I was being haggled. I recommend this dealership to all of my friends. My mother was with me, and she has nothing but good things to say as well. More

When i arrived at the dealership Nick Nava greeted me at the front door and helped me and my wife find a vehicle. We ended up going with a brand new Ford Fiesta because of the fuel economy. My wife had been looking for a '09 or '10 Lincoln MKX for over a month. We have sesrched the intetrnet tirelessly, and visited many dealerships. We drove an hour to visit Zeck Ford in Leavenworth, because they had a larger number of used MKXs than any other dealer we could find within a few hundred miles. We found the car we were most interested in. We went inside, met Steve Courter, and told him what we wanted. He told us the price. There was no haggling. We told him what we were prepared to put down for a downpayment, and he let us know what are monthly payment would be. We bought the care, and drove it home that day. There was no pressure, no games. We really appreciated that. We would recommend them to friends & family. More

I am 8 months pregnant so it was very important to me that this car be very safe. He found me an amazing Ford Fusion! Nick really took the time to listen to me and not just try to rush me into a car.
