The friendly receptionist put us in contact with David Hindle and he acted as if he had known us for years!! Super friendly and down-to-earth guy. We explained our situation with him. As many people have, we had fallen on hard times in the past (bad economy/job loss) and things are finally looking up for us. He did not judge or look at us like we were "damaged" as other dealers have done in the past. He said lets see what we can do to get you a car!! Randy Davis-Sales Director, then approached us and told us that they could help us!! My husband and I were thrilled! We have been wanting a Ford Fusion for a few years and decided that is what we wanted. David also showed us a few other cars that would have met our needs, but deep down we knew we wanted the Fusion. John Sandercox-Delivery Coordinator then approached us and congratulated us on our purchase. Our final stop was with David McCullough-Finance Manager, finished up our paperwork and we were headed out the door with our new car!! My Jeep was totaled in a Target parking lot so I was forced to go buy a car. This was the best surprise that could have happened. I looked up the dealer online and found over 30 Escape's that all met forced to go buy a car. This was the best surprise that could have happened. I looked up the dealer online and found over 30 Escape's that all met my needs. All the other dealers in the are had only 1 or 2 that were used and at a great price. So I went through all the profiles and found Dennis. I went in on a Tuesday night to "look" at the cars and 2 hours later I was driving away in my 2010 Escape with everything I had wanted. Dennis was very patient and let me drive several different ones. He gave me great information about the different styles. The who process was nice and although I did not want to have to get a car I was forced but Zeck Ford made it very stress free. More

I made an appointment with David for 3 on President's day, knowing it might be busy, and even though he was busy, we felt as though we were the most important people there. I already knew I wanted the Focus Titanium so that was easy, and we test drove it and then worked on all the paper work. Always before filling out all the paper work and financing stuff was hard and nerve wracking but not here. It was so easy and the hour long plus review of all the bells and whistles on the car by John was so informative. David and John were both excellent and had a lot of knowledge. We were very impressed and would love to send all our friends to Zeck Ford! More

I had been car shopping for several months until I stumbled across Zeck Ford online and on Craigslist. I called and spoke with Jason and he told me they had lots of Fusions to choose from. The inventory there is insane (in a good way) plenty of vehicles to choose from with a variety of options. When I got there Jason and the entire sales staff was friendly and absolutly pressure free. When I was ready to pull the trigger Jason was ready. The credit approval process was simple and Dave, in finance, was great to work with. Again no pressure on trying to get me to buy all the extra coatings, service plans, etc. But I did anyway because Dave was so easy to deal with. These guys are becoming the top dealer in the Metro quick and Saturdays can be very busy so I suggest making an appointment with Jason if you want the car of your dreams for the right price. LOVE MY NEW FUSION!!! What a sweet deal on a sweet car!!!!! THANKS JASON AND DAVE!!!! I know where to go next time without question. You'd be crazy to go anywhere else in the Metro. More

We tried to condense as much car shopping into one trip and Zeck had unbeatable inventory. Even though the drive from Liberty, MO to Leavenworth was a but far it was worth it! We hooked up with Gene and he worked with my mom's every want and need patiently and happily. We were so pleased with the selection and Gene that my husband and I went back in Feb 2012 to buy our first car together. I texted Gene that we were coming and what I was looking for and filled out the finance paperwork online and by the time we got there he had me approved. I walked in and he said, "we got you approved up to $$$, pick a car!" This was an enormous relief considering my credit was subpar. He helped me narrow down what I wanted and what I could afford. He is honest, helpful and a joy to work with. Within two hours I was out the door with my new 2010 Ford Escape signed paperwork in hand. My payments were even less than orignally offered. It is unlike any other car dealer we have shopped at. They aren't pushy, sleezy or scammers. I would go back a third time no questions asked.
