I went in to Zeck Ford, on a Saturday, with my sister (who was looking to trade in her 2009 Flex and purchase a new Flex.) I was "somewhat" interested in buying a Ford, but didn't have any real motivatio (who was looking to trade in her 2009 Flex and purchase a new Flex.) I was "somewhat" interested in buying a Ford, but didn't have any real motivation to purchase a car that day. By the end of the day, we both walked out purchasing brand new Fords from Brendan Dow. He was AMAZING. Friendly, attentive, energetic, and just all around HELPFUL. He listened to us, recommended what we thought would be a good fit, and wasn't pushy at all. (I had some interest in an SUV, since I had been driving one for the past few years-- but, after test driving the Taurus SHO on Brendan's recommendation, I knew there was no going back!) In fact, every single person we came into contact with at that dealership seemed friendly, and happy to meet us. We felt NO PRESSURE to buy cars that day. Brendan looked up what we could get for trade ins on both of our vehicles, ran the numbers through financing, and came back to us with fair trade in values, and reasonable monthly payments. He then asked what our next step was. What did WE want to do next? We immediately purchased both vehicles. It was nice to have someone ASK you if you are ready to purchase, and if you think the price is fair/reasonable. We were blown away!!! Every person at this dealership is honest, hardworking, and willing to go the extra mile. I never once felt that "creep" factor I've felt at the larger Kansas City dealerships. Each time I've stepped foot in Zeck Ford, there has been someone to answer my questions, and make me feel like I am more than just a sale to them. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership to ANYONE! :) More

my husband and i went to just look around and see what we could find and ended up coming back the next day to pick up our new ford fusion! we were blown away with how friendly, helpful, and professional the could find and ended up coming back the next day to pick up our new ford fusion! we were blown away with how friendly, helpful, and professional the people were who worked there. from the guys on the sales floor, finance, and even ones sweating in the heat in the auto shop. there was absolutely no pressure felt to buy anything and no one was overbearing or smug like at most dealerships. the prices on the cars are very reasonable if not the lowest out there. they do all the research for you on surrounding areas with similar cars at competitive prices. we found the best deal with the lowest mileage, plus the car itself was in great condition. we will be looking to trade in our second car in a couple years and i know exactly where we will be going, zeck ford! ask for jeffery bowlin, he was a pleasure to give our business to and will do so again in the near future. I had never purchased a vehicle from Zeck before but I have a couple of friends that work there so I called and talked to Jace and made arrangements to take a test drive. When I finally found "the one", I have a couple of friends that work there so I called and talked to Jace and made arrangements to take a test drive. When I finally found "the one", I fell in love with it but I wanted a white one which Zeck didn't have. So I ventured out and what a mistake that was!! I spent more hours haggling over values in a robot environment then I did signing all the paper work with Jace and David. After telling the other dealership (in Missouri) what I wanted in order to make a deal happen they had me talk to 3 different people who all tried to tell me I was way off base. As I was about to drive away with no deal in sight the 3rd guy was chasing me down in the parking lot telling me they were calling the owner himself because they didn't want to lose me as a customer. Little did he know I had already made up my mind to purchase from Zeck at that point. They didn't want me as a customer they wanted me as a statistic. As a matter of fact I called Jace on the way home and told him I was coming in the next day. Jace didn't let me down. I love his enthusiasm and his get the job done attitude. Walking into Zeck Ford and looking around and seeing every single desk have some type of personal attachment and pride to it is the reason I came back to Zeck. They are casual yet professional but mostly just plain friendly. I would rather sacrifice the color of the car then be treated like I'm just another number. More
No one goes to a place of business for a bad experience, but after trying twice to meet with Zeck Ford's Jace G. I feel he has earned them a poor review. After several correspondances via email with Jace G it was time to come into the dealer and see the truck I was looking at and take it on a test drive. On my first appointment I drove over 30-minutes to meet Jace G. to take a look at an F250 they had in stock. I arrived early for my appointment and after waiting over 30-minutes told the receptionist I was leaving. Tammy from Zeck Ford called me a few days later and convinced me to come back in, so I did. I asked that the F250 I was looking at be ready for a test drive. When I arrived for my second appointment, Jace G. acted like he had no idea I was coming in. He had to go find the keys for the vehicle and when he pulled it up it to the show room it had no fuel to go for a test drive. I don't know about the other sales representatives at Zeck Ford, but if you're considering buying at Zeck Ford avoid Jace, G. he lacks professionalism and played games with my family. More
