I found Zeck Ford by doing a Bing search for the vehicle I was looking for. The search engine took me to a Car and Driver website that told me where the nearest vehicles I was looking for were. Within 24 hours of sending my inquiry on a vehicle, a Zeck Ford rep contacted me via phone and gave me the details on the vehicle I was looking at. I appreciated how they gave the bottom line price up front in order to do away with some of the haggling. I was called again shortly after requesting a test drive and then they confirmed with me again the night prior. I definitely felt like I was receiving personal attention. I was immediately greeted upon arriving at the dealership and received outstanding customer service from Jake Oberfoell. He and his superior did their best to give me as close as possible to what I was looking for for my trade in. The superior customer service continued in the finanance department when Carlos Martinez gave me the best interest rate possible - outdoing even USAA (which I did not think was possible).
