After two bad experiences with other dealers, we decided to give Zeck a chance. I'm very glad that we did. I love that the staff wears jeans. It makes the experience much more relaxed. I called Zeck Ford interested in a very specific vehicle. I was told they take appointments. An appointment was made and they assured me the vehicle would be there. After arriving at the dealership and me I was told they take appointments. An appointment was made and they assured me the vehicle would be there. After arriving at the dealership and meeting Brian, we discovered the vehicle was not available. I drove 40 miles out of the way to come to Zeck Ford. Brian told me he would make sure the vehicle was available the next day, but I was not willing to risk poor customer service 2 days in a row. At the very least, the manager should have called to apologize. I went to another Ford dealer instead. Extremely dissapointed in Zeck Ford. But Brian Waterman was terrific, very professional and it made me feel bad for him. He is a great person. Under no circumstances would I recommend this dealer. Their lack of caring was extraordinary and dissapointing. More

Could not have had a better experience in buying a car. We were looking for a used Edge. With plenty to choose from, all in great shape, we found an 2011 that was priced $1800 less than anything similar in We were looking for a used Edge. Good natured and professional, he was patient with us as we drove several cars without finding the one that was just right. Given that, Gene went to work to find what we were looking for and get this: he found it at our price and had it brought in...the next day. Add to that, the alignment was off just a touch, so he immediately took it to the shop to correct the problem. He also noticed the Ford emblem on the back of the car was slightly, and I mean slightly, marred. With that he ordered a replacement and the service department went out of their way to work me into a busy Monday, the only day I had that week (thanks, Danny). Throw in the ease of the paperwork process with Carlos & Kim, plus the friendly, helpful attitude of everyone else we came in contact with and we can't recommend Zeck Ford highly enough. More

Nick was amazing, but there is no doubt in my mind that working with any of the sales staff would've been a great experience. Would highly, highly recommend this dealer to anyone! Don't buy anywhere else. Just won't get a better deal. I researched the car I bought very thoroughly before going to a dealer and the price difference was astonishing! Thank you guys for all the help! I'll be back when we're ready to update my wife's car! More
