Chose Zeck Ford because my brother Robert Kaiser works in parts there and couldn't be more pleased with my experience. We had a great experience. We drove from Liberty MO to this specific dealer because they had the most/best selection of the Ford Flex around the KC area. Jason was very helpful in answering our questions this specific dealer because they had the most/best selection of the Ford Flex around the KC area. (We had an awful experience with another dealership a couple weeks ago being pushy, running our credit and trying to make us sign papers before we even got to look at let alone test drive the car. Needless to say we walked out of that place!) The experience at Zeck Ford was the complete opposite!! No trying to "upsell" us into a more expensive vehicle, no pressure, Jason was patient as we had to move the car seat between cars for our test drives, and they didn't run our credit until we were for sure that's what WE wanted to do. The ONLY reason I did not give 5's across the board on rating is because one of the Flex's we test drove was not detailed very well some dirt and water or drink spots up front around the cup holders and potato chip crumbs in back seat and after we purchased it they said they would detail it again before we left however it still was not done very well, in fact when we got home we found a ziplock bag of Doritoes in it. All in all it was a great experience and we would recommend this dealer and would come here again. More

This was my first ever car buying experience, and it was quick and easy. I found a vehicle I liked in there online inventory, a used 2012 Ford Focus SE Hatchback, and couldn't find a better deal anywhere ne quick and easy. I talked to Rick Mears through online chat to check and see if the vehicle was still on the lot. I went by the dealership to test drive, he gave me all of the vehicles history, and I decided to buy. I knew this could be the hard part, because I am young and only have a year or so worth of credit history. They were able to really help me out and explain my options for financing, and did not push me in any way. With all of that information I decided to buy. Within about 30 minutes I was driving home in my new car, and I couldn't be happier. More
