We were waiting around while my car was being worked on and Jason was very helpful answering our questions as we were just "browsing" for a new truck as we had been for several months. We told Jason what our price range was and what we were looking for and our "requirements" list. Jason never tried to show us something out of our price range and found the perfect F150. Jason was extremely friendly and helpful answering all of our questions. It took some time as we had a mishap with my car and had certain "demands" for small things on the truck such as a broken plastic piece on the tail gate that we had to order, but overall this was an awesome experience and we will definitely go back when we are ready for our next car. We have to do some follow up for minor issues with the truck that were pre-existing and a little body damage but nothing that Zeck can't take care of! I have bought a car from another KC dealership and felt like i was pushed into something more than what I should have been paying for, but I loved the relaxed and laid back atmostphere of Zeck. Thank you Jason and everyone else that helped us get our amazing truck we always wanted! More
In March 2013 I purchased a 2011 Lincoln MKS after finding the car on CarGurus. I had never done business with Zeck Ford before but I was very impressed with the low-pressure approach. In fact, over the years I had become so disenchanted with car dealers that the last several cars I've owned were purchased from individuals just so that I could avoid the hassles of haggling over price or to avoid wading into the "shark tank" of another car dealership. Jason and Zeck Ford were the complete polar opposites. The price was very fair and the car surpassed my expectations by miles. In fact, it was even nicer than the pictures showed on their website. While I was waiting for paperwork to be processed Jason even took my existing car back to the garage for a quick check of the tires before I headed back home in it. Since the Lincoln was a surprise gift to my wife on our upcoming anniversary in 2 weeks, Jason offered to set up an appointment to show the car and all its amazing options to her whenever she was ready. If you've ever been turned off at the thought of dealing with car salesmen, Jason and Zeck Ford will dispell those thoughts. They did a tremendous job. More
Came in with my father to purchase a used Mustang, personally I have purchased six vehicles and by far, THIS was my best experience. So after a few months of research, I finally decided I wanted a 2013 Focus ST. Going through USAA put me in contact with Jason. I was contacted by Jason to get things started before I had even returned ba wanted a 2013 Focus ST. Going through USAA put me in contact with Jason. I was contacted by Jason to get things started before I had even returned back to America from my recent deployment. By the time I returned and got to the dealership, Jason had everything ready to go and ST waiting to test drive. After the test drive I told him I wanted the ST1 in Black. Currently they didn't have any on the lot so Jason arranged everything to have one towed on a flat bed from Arkansas just so I could have a black one while keeping me informed the whole time. He told me when it would be there and I was there the same day, finished up the paperwork, and drove it home. Definitely the best car buying experience I have had. More
The used Edge I bought is nice, the price was fair, not great, and the purchase process went pretty smooth. A lot of the used cars they have for sale have previously been in an accident or had damage that' great, and the purchase process went pretty smooth. But, when they try to prove how low their price is for the car, they compare it to other similar cars for sale in the area that don't have damage. So ya, I would expect their cars to be cheaper. Make sure you do your homework on the car that Zeck is selling before you make the trip out, especially if you're driving a long way. The delivery process was a complete fail. I got out of finance at 8 pm, after they had closed and everyone was gone or leaving as I walked to my new car. Started it up and had no gas and the low tire pressure light was on and none of the features were explained, like Sync. So, I had to find a place to get to get gas and air up the tires in an area I was unfamiliar with late at night before my hour long drive home. I went back in on another day to drop off the title to my trade in and asked a different salesman (Brendan Dow) if they fill up gas tanks for used car purchases and he said no, to keep costs low....seriously? Their costs are already low because they're buying previously damaged cars to sell. And as if $50 of gas would dent the thousands they made off the sale, the interest rate and warranty. I guess air is too expensive for them to properly fill the tires too. If you're decent at negotiating, go with a dealership nearby and you can probably get a better car at a cheaper price. More
