It is our top priority as repeat and referral business is our primary source of business. While we dispute much of what this customer has said in this review, we are committed to providing high quality customer service and always welcome an opportunity to learn from our mistakes and make things right with any uhappy customer. To that end, we have tried numerous times to contact this customer but he has chosen not to respond to our overtures. That is very disappointing to us as through this program we have the opportunity to work with customers to resolve any issues with their experience at our dealership.
