Zeck Ford is the only dealership/service center I will go to while living in MO/KS area for my vehicle needs. There's no "games" and they are always trying their best to work with me. Especially the service to while living in MO/KS area for my vehicle needs. There's no "games" and they are always trying their best to work with me. On top of that, Military are constantly being watched by dealerships to try to play their games on unsuspecting privates. These guys don't play that, Anyone I have ever heard referring to Zeck Ford has only been positive feedback, Regarding Sales or Service. More

Made the appointment, did the test drive, closed the deal, took delivery. It became evident after a couple hundred miles that the car needed all four rotors replaced - no problem - Fran made the service appointment - Danny Scanlon coordinated the repair at no charge - I'm 100% satisfied and highly recommend Zeck Ford for your automotive needs and in particular, Fran Weis. We knew about Zeck Ford because we had family that had purchased vehicles from them years ago and after talking to a co-worker who had recently purchased a very cool looking Ford Focus Titanium Hatchback we decided to check them out. We headed over to Zeck Ford after work. We pulled into Zeck Ford at closing with the intention of looking at a Ford Fusion. Jake greeted us with that great welcoming smile and enthusiastically answered every question we had - even though it was after hours. The team at Zeck Ford graciously allowed us time to look over the great inventory of cars. We had never driven a Fusion and the Zeck Team wanted us to try one out. They truly wanted us to have that opportunity - even though it was after hours and time for them to head home. Jake was so excited about sharing all the Fusion's pluses! He never rushed us or pressured us. Jake's professionalism and inventory knowledge is spot on. While we asked every possible question and drove several Fusions, the Zeck folks were helpful, welcoming and pleasant. Superb customer service and friendliness at every step. They encouraged us to slow down, relax, and enjoy the Ford experience. The managers and Mike in finance were so helpful and patient - absolutely no pressure. They wanted to do what was best for us. We bought a gorgeous, 2012 low mileage silver Fusion SEL - it honestly is like a brand new vehicle! Outstanding inventory - Zeck Ford obviously has skilled, experienced buyers. They know what they are doing. We are so thankful to the Zeck folks that stayed for us and to their families who waited for them at home. We left several hours later, excited, happy, relaxed and comfortable with our decision to purchase a Ford Fusion. Jake understood our specific situation. He took the time to listen, understand our needs and offer suggestions that are in our best interest. When we returned the next day to pick up our Fusion, we bought another car!!!!!
