I have always heard about those long ago dealerships where people return to over and over again because of the wonderful service they received. I never thought in a million years that I would find a pl where people return to over and over again because of the wonderful service they received. I never thought in a million years that I would find a place like that...until on a total whim, my fiance and I walked into Zeck Ford, talked to Jeffrey Bowlin and left with the car of our dreams. I found the dealership that I will go back to time and time again for any of my car needs. Jeffrey was FAST! Jeffrey didn't try to sell us something that we didn't want. Jeffrey was courteous and helpful and reassuring and professional. I was amazed with the laid back atmosphere...none of that stuffy suit business that makes everyone uncomfortable. Everyone we met at Zeck Ford that day was honest and down to earth and truly made this car buying experience an utter joy. I have recommended Zeck Ford and Jeffrey Bowlin to my co-workers and to my friends. I would recommend both to a complete stranger if even overheard them talking about needing a new or used car! I called Brian about a vehicle that was online. He told me it was sold, but had something similar and brand new vs one year old. We went for a test drive and it was awesome! I was very nervous as this was my first car purchase from a dealership. I am 23 years old and while I have worked hard to build my credit, I was afraid that getting a good deal might not be in the cards for a dealership. I had been in contact with Nick via email about a car I'd seen on the website that I was very excited about. I test drove the car shortly after arriving at the dealership and fell in love - I knew this was the car for me. Nick worked hard to make sure that I got the maximum amount possible for my trade-in (which wasn't worth much at all due to it's age) and also went to bat for me with finance to get me a better interest rate. At the end of the day I drove home in a 2008 Toyota Yaris that I love. My payment is exactly where I wanted it to be and I could not be happier. Thank you to Zeck Ford and Nick Nava for making this the best possible experience for me. I will definitely be back in the future! :) More
