This was our first time at Zeck Ford, If I had to choose one word to describe my overall experience at Zeck Ford, it would be AMAZING. My Wife and I, went online and found several used Ford Fusions in one word to describe my overall experience at Zeck Ford, it would be AMAZING. My Wife and I, went online and found several used Ford Fusions in our price range at Zeck's. On our hour drive to Zeck, my wife and I was talking previous strategies on how we escaped the wrath of pushy/forceful sales associates from our hometown dealers. When we first arrived, we braced for the worst. While looking at a vehicle, Sales Associate Josh approached us and asked if we needed help with questions we might have on the Ford Fusion. After answering a few questions, he gave us his card and exited the area. We found him a short time later and went for a test drive in the Fusion. We scheduled an appointment for the next day to make the purchase, we didn't have our trade in hand, which is the reason for the day delay. (Side Note* Always make an appointment, because they are super busy. Also, if possible have several options to choose from). Overnight, my wife and I, talked about all the options we could choose from and we decided to spend a little more to get less mileage. The next day, we went back and notified Josh/Nick, we had changed our mind about the vehicles and we decided to go with a different one then what we test drove yesterday. Nick had no problem with our change and was glad to help us. Yes, the paper work was lengthy, but that was not a surprised to us. Again, this is we're I will use the word AMAZING.....the culture and and laid back atmosphere Zeck's ooze's can not be replicated from no other dealer. Each person we came in contact with greeted us and always made us feel welcome. At no point were we pressured to make a purchase on anything. The trade offer was more than fair and we got a below price for the Ford Fusion. We left Zeck's with our new/used Ford Fusion feeling as if we got the best deal possible with out being disappointed with the dealership. Zeck Ford, I applaud your team and the inviting culture within your company. You can guarantee we will brag about Zeck's and will be coming back for future purchases. Thanks Alex and Shawna More

Great work by the body shop - BUT - really poor customer service. Recently had Zeck Body Shop complete a significant repair to my SUV's front end. Work looked great and I was initially very happy. Unfort service. Recently had Zeck Body Shop complete a significant repair to my SUV's front end. Work looked great and I was initially very happy. Unfortunately, later there were some issues with the work and when I attempted to address them with the Body Shop I was told that not only was the problem not attributable to Zeck but that I was completely wrong about the issue. There was absolutely zero interest in seriously considering my concerns; further discussion with the Body Shop manager initially resulted in the same answer from them - could not be there fault I was wrong about the issue. After significant explanations the management finally agreed that it was possible that they had made the mistake and that they would replace the damaged part. Unfortunately this came after nearly 40 minutes of conversation. I feel quite sorry that my initial very positive impression of Zeck has been completely changed - quite disappointed in their approach to customer service. More
