The staff and our salesperson, Fran Weis, were very friendly, upfront and honest during our car buying experience. There were no hidden gimmicks and it was refreshing to buy a car and trade in a car w friendly, upfront and honest during our car buying experience. He did not rush us to make a decision and he was not pushy at all. I will say that we went on a Saturday and it was pretty busy, causing a long wait for financing. Our family was in the market for a 2013 Ford Escape. We researched various dealerships all over the Kansas City metro area.
