Our most pleasant vehicle buying experience EVER ! Our recent car buying experience began with " internet shopping for price comparisons and availability". Using autotrader.com we discovered that Zeck Our recent car buying experience began with " internet shopping for price comparisons and availability". Using autotrader.com we discovered that Zeck Ford seemed to have a large selection of the Edge or Lincoln MKX models we were looking for. One vehicle in particular seemed to be be very well priced given that it was a 2013 model with relatively low mileage. I was put through to Jason Hartwell who told me the vehicle I was most interested in was still available and we made an appointment to see it that afternoon. Having never been to the dealership, my wife and I were greeted warmly by friendly personnel and Jason could not have been any more informative or professional. We test drove the Lincoln MKX we were most interested in, then another Edge just to be sure we had the right vehicle for us. Jason was helpful to look thru other models in their inventory just to be sure we had the best value. There was NO pressure to make a buying decision at any time during our visit. Having done our "homework" I felt the vehicle was priced right and a good value. We wrapped up the paper work quickly. After the sale was completed Jason spent quite a while with us showing us additional features of our new vehicle and doing the Bluetooth sync of both our cell phones. It was a very professional, low pressure, relaxed car buying experience. More

We came back after purchasing a 2011 Mustang GT in November of 13 due to the large inventory and no pressure to buy attitude and atmosphere. Don't expect much after the sale I bought a 2013 Ford C-max Hybrid in Feb 2014 at Zeck ford. The car itself seems to have been a pretty good deal and I am mostly happy with the vehicl I bought a 2013 Ford C-max Hybrid in Feb 2014 at Zeck ford. The car itself seems to have been a pretty good deal and I am mostly happy with the vehicle. One minor thing that annoyed me is it still had the original window sticker on the car that said the car gets 47MPH. After buying the car I was getting closer to 42MPH and found out that Ford had actually lowered the estimated MPH on this car after being sued. No one told me these facts when I purchased the car. When purchasing the car a fast talking finance guy sold me an extended service contract. I don't remember this guys name and a couple of weeks later he wasn't working there any longer. When I got home and had time to look over the paper work I decided to cancel the extended service contract. I called the very next day but the finance guy was not working that day. I called again the next day and told him I wanted to cancel the contract. He said no problem except the paper work had already been processed so they could not just reduce it from the financed amount and reduce my payment. If only I had contacted the day before he said. Of course, I reminded him that I did call the day before but he was not working. So my payment would have to stay the same and they would have the money deducted from what I owed on the car. About a month later part of the money was reduced from the total I owed, but there was still almost $2000.00 that had not been deducted yet. When it still had not been deducted in April I contact Chris the finance manger to see what was going on. He didn't really have an answer for why it was so delayed but assured me that the matter would be resolved by early May. Now it's mid June and the matter has still not been resolved. I went on the website to get the phone number and was invited by the live chat window to allow them to help me. I explained the issue to Charmaine. She took my name, number and email address and said someone would contact me. A week later no one called me. Back to the website I go to get the phone number and again the live chat box popped up asking if they could help me. This time I explained the issue to Roman and told him to just give me the number to call so I wouldn't have to wait for the call that never comes. He gave me the number and also took my name, number and email address again so someone would contact me. I called Zeck and asked for the finance manger. I was told he was not working today so I left him a message. This place is very friendly and all smiles when they are trying to sell you a call, don't expect the same treatment if you have a problem after the sale and need help. More
