I worked remotely with Kathy, Laura and Nicole to determine which ones met my needs. After scheduling an appointment, I then met with Jace Grabouski onsite to check out the ones I "thought" I wanted. Turns out, Jace helped me decide on an even better one than I had originally considered. From there, Michael in Finance worked some magic to get me a better loan rate than I thought was possible for a used car. The car was then detailed, gased up, and we left the dealership as not just "satisfied" customers, but happy ones too. After looking at about 35-40 trucks (all vehicles were unlocked so we could get in and look around), we headed back to the used car building. Along the way, a salesman came out and asked if we needed help. At that point, he turned us over to Ryan who set up a test drive and helped us with the purchase of our truck. Everyone there was friendly, it was low to no pressure on the sales and it was clear that the online prices posted where non negotiable for hassle free buying. The sale price was a clear value according to KBB and Car Gurus as well as in my opinion. Ryan was great to deal with- friendly and informative. The paperwork process took the least amount of time that we have ever spent signing for a new vehicle! Very nice. More

We decided to go to a local car dealer and see what they had in stock. After a few minutes of walking around Rusty greeted us and asked if we needed any help he wasn't pushy . We told him what kind if vehicles we were looking for and he went right to work to see if they had anything to match our needs. After a few minutes and some paper work we were on the road test driving an suv. Then back to the dealership. After we got back they cleaned the vehicle while we were signing paperwork. Then they helped us get our stuff out of our trade in and we were on our way. I personally would recommend the guys a zeck ford they were all friendly and courteous. They brought us some water . There was no what do we have to do to make this deal happen kind of stuff . They made the car buying experience what it should be fun. More
