Our sales rep was Cullen. He had a very positive attitude and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in and test drove. Zeck is the place to get your next used vehicle! This is the 2nd used vehicle we have purchased from Zeck Ford. The selection of different models to choose from at Zeck is incomparable to the other F This is the 2nd used vehicle we have purchased from Zeck Ford. The selection of different models to choose from at Zeck is incomparable to the other Ford dealerships in the KC area. We went to another dealership in the KC area to look prior to going to Zeck, only to be pressured into buying a vehicle that didn't meet all of the criteria we were looking for in a new vehicle. After leaving there, we found exactly what we were looking for at Zeck, and Rusty was patient with us in figuring out which one exactly met all of our needs. He spelled out everything he knew about the vehicles before even taking them for a test drive. Once the deal was done, we were in the business office for about a maximum of 10 minutes. They certainly have their process down, and when we were finished, we walked out to our vehicle getting a final detail from the Zeck staff before driving it off the lot. We appreciate Rusty's patience and forthrightness throughout the process. Normally, all the car salesmen flock to my husband to make deals with him...even though it's not HIS car that we were looking to replace. Rusty was very easy to talk to and made me feel like he was really there to help ME get the car I was looking for...not my husband, although he was part of the process too. Thank you Rusty and Zeck Ford for making our second buying experience with you as easy as the first! We will definitely be back...but hopefully not for a while! More

Great inventory of used cars and trucks Fairly quick process - great stock of cars and trucks. Trade in value was fair. Sales rep wasn't too personable but I guess he didn't have to be since we settled everything via email. Only complaint was that our new truck had a bad speaker. This was missed during inspection and we had to take time out of our day to get it fixed at dealer later that week. Car was also not thoroughly washed when we received it. Dirt was still very visible underneath and around tires but they were closing and didn't seem too interested in inspecting thoroughly. Said it was as good as it gets. Also, new truck had almost no gas in it and it seemed like a bother when requesting a full tank of gas (the car we traded in was full so we were not about to purchase a truck with no gas). Some of those items made us rate the customer service just average. Would still recommend visiting/purchasing from dealer. More

I was very pleased to get a call and email response the next morning. When I arrived Ryan was very helpful and showed me a variety of cars that matched what I was looking for. As a person who had never bought a car before, making this decision was a long and hard one for me. I never once felt pressured to buy a car, but I felt very well informed with my options. After making my decision, the car buying process was done very efficiently. After hearing so many stories from people about car buying, I was surprised just how easy this experience was. I would definitely recommend this car dealership to anyone. They have a great inventory, great deals, and great salesmen! More
