He answered all of my questions and in a timely fashion. He was not pushy at all. He was very knowledgeable of the truck and all of its features. He took the time to go over those features too. The transistion from Cullen to the finance guy, Chance was great too. Were informed on all the different warranty options available to us and those options werre explained in full and all of my questions were answered kindly....I wasnt made to feel like an idiot for not purchasing a couple of them like some dealerships do. I did purchase the additional bumper to bumper warrant and the Auto Perfect though. They did a final checklist and walkthrough of the vehicle with me before I drove off. The vehicle itself was perfect, clean and the representative of the pictures I saw online. The vehicle was priced accordingly and even under what some of the other vehicles were listed at online with even higher miles. The actual dealership was great too. It was fun, professional and comfortable. The entire staff was super friendly and willing to help, which is nice especially considering that they were super busy that day....I mean packed!!! It was 100 degrees out and Dustin had all the patients with me in making me comfortable with finding my dream car.
