The salesman that had helped my fiancee find her car was no longer working for Zeck Ford so we were introduced to Rusty Jacobson. Rusty was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were looking at a used Ford Fiesta and Rusty filled us in on everything about the cars history and assured us that it's in great working order. He even had the shop quickly touch up a few minor scratches that were on the car. I was a little anxious about buying a used car from a dealer but the car seemed to be in great shape and the extended warranty, which brought our interest down considerably, quelled any anxiety I was feeling about the purchase. I was surprised by how easy the process of buying from Zeck Ford was. I'm very happy with my vehicle and would by from them again. More

Sloan helped us select a Jeep Sahara for our daughter to drive to college. He showed her several options between used and new in the colors she preferred. I hate buying cars, but the process was so simple that I decided to trade-in my "soccer mom" SUV for something sportier. Sloan really worked to find me something that was practical for my long commute, but still "flashy." After a week of suggestions, I finally decided on a BMW. We were half-way through the paperwork when my husband spotted a convertible Mustang that had only been on the lot a few days. Sloan had no problem stopping everything to let me test drive it. I fell in love with the Mustang, and he quickly made all the changes to get new papers ready. He also was very patient on having both cars detailed and touching up imperfections (He even came in on his day off to help us). Finally, Sloan arranged to have my Mustang delivered to my home, an hour and a half away from the dealership, on my birthday. He truly cares about making his clients happy! More
