He and the manager found a car quickly and it was shipped in within a few days. The car was in excellent condition and I received a copy of the original window sticker and an Auto Trader report. When received, there was a bubble on one tire and a replacement couldn't be secured so I got 4 new tires. The price was very fair. Needless to say, I was very pleased and continue to be with the car I bought. The downside was the trade in for my car. The value is about $3500 more than they were willing to offer so I elected to decline. Now I'm stuck selling my car outright and it's a hassle in a lot of ways. Thus the "4" rating. More
