I thought it was hopeless since five other dealership My mother and myself went car shopping in hopes of getting me out from under my current vehicle. I thought it was hopeless since five other dealerships pretty much told me i was a lost cause. My mother insisted on stopping by Zeck so i went along just to appease her. Im so happy we did. The staff was amazing from the receptionist, to our sales person NIcole, to meeting the office lasdies. Not only did they not try to raise the prices they were so laid back and full of energy that i will never in my entire life by a vehicle from anywhere other than Zeck!! I appreciately walked out of the dealership with a 2015 Fusion that i honestly couuldnt be happoier with. If you want a fun car buying experiece than i would totally refer you to Zeck ford. On Monday, July 20th, I spent time on-line researching cars, dealers, etc. I had narrowed the kind of car down, just not sure where I wanted to go. I found several Fusions on-line I was interested in, and the deciding factor for me was the dealer review. Zeck Ford ranked the highest of the dealers I inquired about online. I was not disappointed! Everyone there was great, Shawn got my on-line message and called me soon after they opened the morning of July 21st. My daughter and I arrived at the dealership, everyone greeted us, introduced themselves, Shawn had the car up front cooling off, and later that day, I was driving home in my new car! The entire experience was great from beginning to end, and I know I made the right decision. Have been sharing my experience with everyone and will choose Zeck Ford for all my future purchases! More

Good Time Had by All Zeck Ford has it figured out. Car buying in a casual but professional atmosphere with friendly approachable people who seem to enjoy their job. The Zeck Ford has it figured out. The biggest put-off for me when buying cars is when salesman are aggressive and hover, then become pushy about completing the deal. With all the salespeople working together in a non-commissioned situation - it is much more of team atmosphere created by Derek Zeck and his people. Steve Courter was great to deal with one-on-one looking to make sure I was satisfied with all the details - he had product knowledge and provided a great deal on my trade-in. The trade-in staff were very transparent in their appraisal of my car and showed me how they came to their valuation. And while Jace the sales manager made sure I was properly informed on specifics, and Michael in the finance department made the paperwork quick and easy, while answering all my questions - Dan made sure the car was perfect before leaving the lot. I have no problem recommending this dealer to any family or friends wanting to get a great car buying experience. I will be back. More
