The short version includes the dealership telling me that they had plenty of the make/model I was looking for on their lot. Once we arrived, they had nothing - because their shipment hadn't arrived yet. Three days later (and still no shipment), we decided to look elsewhere. I am SO glad we did. I saw "The Car" I wanted on Autotrader, which lead me to the Zeck Ford website. I called and spoke with Cullen, to confirm that the make/model I wanted was in stock. The car I was looking at was in the process of being sold at the time I spoke with him. However, he assured me that the other makes/models that appeared on the website were, in fact, on the lot. So, we took a chance and drove to Leavenworth. The laid back feeling of the Zeck dealership made us feel comfortable right off the bat. The dealership smelled like popcorn and had really great ambient music playing. Cullen sat down with my husband and I and went through the stock, with options, working within the budget we wanted to stay in. The process was very unique - it was all done online to narrow down what we were truly looking for. Once we'd narrowed down a few that we were interested in, he had them brought for us to look at - and test drive. In the end, I came home with a car that I'm incredibly happy with - and we didn't leave the dealership feeling as if we'd been cheated. Rather, we left there feeling like we'd been hanging out with friends and just happened to get a car out of the deal. Everything, from start to finish, was a breeze. Even the finance office necessities were easy-peasy. Overall, we are very pleased with our experience and with our new car! We absolutely would recommend Zeck Ford to our friends and family. And, when the time comes that we are looking for another vehicle, we'll definitely be back! More
