We had a few other things that we noticed after we got home that we wanted adressed (small things). Rusty said to writed down a list and they took care of all of them on a Saturday morning. After all was said and done, as long as Zeck Ford runs like it does, I will purchase all of my future vehicles from them. I have never had such an easy car buying experience, and I left with a vehicle that I love more everyday. Every single sales employee that I had any interaction with whatsoever was friendly and seemed very approachable. And Fran is so great. Jeffrey Bowlin was my sales associate and he worked with me over a couple weeks to find exactly what I was looking for. He was courteous and professional and was patient with me through the process and he was always readily available to answer any questions I had. We eventually found a truck that fit all my wants at the price I needed. My only knock against this dealership is I was told my truck would be detailed before pickup and although the truck was cleaned, I didn't feel that it was cleaned to a level that I would consider "detailed". Overall great experience and I will definitely go back for my next vehicle purchase More

How Much Fun! Our ten year old car was on its last wheels, so to speak. We had been online shopping for weeks, months, and we decided to prequalify for a car loan t Our ten year old car was on its last wheels, so to speak. We had been online shopping for weeks, months, and we decided to prequalify for a car loan through our credit union. Then we found some cars we liked on-line but discovered if you waited too long they got snatched up. We found some vehicles we liked at Zeck Ford on-line and we found the cars we were interested in on the lot. We made an appointment to see our old friend, Rick Mears, the next day. He was ready for us and had the cars we'd asked to see ready to go. Then he took us out for a test drive! That's when the fun began! We decided on a pre-owned 2013 Escape with all the bells and whistles. Cars have certainly changed in the past ten years. The turbo-boost eco system gives our car LOT of pep. Rick "jiggied with our brains" when he demonstrated the auto-parallel parking feature. I wonder how I ever existed without the hands-free trunk opener and the back-up camera. This is one slammin' dealership! They sell on the average 500 cars a month so make your appointment and don't wait too long if you find that car of your dreams. This is one hoppin' place! We left that day with our "new" car and want to thank Rick Mears for all the time he spent with us to ensure we had a very positive and FUN experience. More
