From the beginning it was nice because of the opportunity to just walk the lot and not be hassled at all by salesman. We were able to walk around, look the cars over, sit in them, etc. without being approached once. To me, that has always been the worst part of buying a car in the past (besides paying for it :) ) Overall, the whole process was smooth and I have already recommended Zeck and Kenny to other people and will continue to do so in the future. I was skeptical, and we had gotten the runaround by other dealers in a search for a nice used car. I can say I was pleasantly surprised and very pleased by Zeck. Our sales guy, Buddy, made the process really easy. He was up front and very pleasant. The car was super clean, and drove perfect, so my decision was made on the spot. More car for less money - pretty simple. Zeck prides themselves on up front pricing and great service, and you can feel that commitment from the sales people to the business office. Of all things, I appreciate the fact they valued my time by making pricing easy, and showing a quality vehicle and having it ready for test drives and delivery as promised. I wasted time elsewhere before I discovered Zeck. Our lease is up in 18 months, and we will be back to work with Buddy. More

Kyle Anderson was the first salesperson we came across and he was very helpful. We test drove two vehicles, made our decision pretty quickly, and there was absolutely no pressure to upgrade to a more expensive car or to something we weren't interested in. He also offered to fix a minor defect in the tail light before we bought the vehicle. The only part of the process that took a little longer was going over the warranty packages, deciding which extended warranty to purchase, and signing the financing paperwork. This is my first experience working with a dealership, and I must say, I'm very impressed! More

Trustworthy salesman even after purchase First car purchase from this dealership. Had a positive experience until after my used car purchase. The day I got the car home I discovered a m First car purchase from this dealership. Had a positive experience until after my used car purchase. The day I got the car home I discovered a malfunction of the car's moonroof. This dealership is very busy. I was told by Mike in finance that a sales manager would call me. It took 3 days. Meanwhile, I was sweating it a little bit not having any papers given to me with original purchase date of the car. I was within 2 weeks of losing bumper to bumper coverage and wasn't sure when/how/who would be doing the repair. Got the car in pronto to Ford dealership closer to my home and their service department upon my salesman Kenny's suggestion. He remembered car was still barely under warranty, and the repair was done. Also had some annoying computer glitch with getting 60 day temp tag; instead only getting 3 day tag and then not having 60 day tag overnited to me as they said it would be. There was some poor follow through with communication between Mike in finance and the sales manager to contact me about the moonroof. My salesman Kenny has to be commended. For the 3 days this issue wasn't resolved he texted me to let me know what he was doing within the organization to speed the process along. Due to his persistence the issues were resolved. Also, during the process of visiting the dealership twice before my purchase he was both informative and patient. He was helpful without being pushy. I would definitely recommend Kenny to anyone looking for a salesman at this dealership. More

We walked in looking for a vehicle for our daughter before she went to college and possibly another for my husband. After looking at a few vehicles, Fran helped us analyze which was the better buy for our needs, The Sales Manager, Derek, immediately introduced himself, chatted a minute and Fran got our deal on our trade working. This was such an EASY process! There was no going back and forth from the salesman to the sales manager. We knew what we should get for our trade and they were spot on! After test driving and looking at 5-6 vehicles, we were in and out of there with 2 new vehicles! WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! I have bought many cars in my lifetime and never have I been so pleased than with this experience! Go ask for Fran Weis if you need a car! More
