I appreciated receiving good service without ever feeling pushed or wondering if I was getting the full story about the cars I was interested in. #. Relational. Everybody was warm, friendly, and not in a hurry to make a sale. I felt valued as a person, and not just for my checkbook. I have been looking for a car for awhile, and typically when I walk into a dealership, I feel like a piece of meat dropped in the middle of a pool of sharks. Everyone is desperate to make a sale, and they are much more interested in closing the deal and making a sale than helping me find something that really fits my needs. Best experience I ever had purchasing a car! I went into the store and met with Hunter and told him what type of vehicle, mileage and price range I was interested in looking at. He pulled up several options and we reviewed the info on a few cars; Hunter did not try to talk me into anything outside of the parameters I had set for the type of car and budget I had chosen. He was very thorough in going over all the specs on the vehicle I chose and answered all my questions when I did not understand what a certain designation meant. I picked out a car and we did a test drive, and then I drove it off the lot for a few hours to have my husband and family look over the vehicle. My mission to help my brother purchase an auto turned out to be an opportunity to bring home the 2012 Ford Fusion for myself for a great price. Hunter was helpful and friendly and I felt comfortable talking with him and actually enjoyed my experience! Since my brother decided he is interested in a small truck, Hunter is now keeping an eye out for one and I will be happy to work with him again.
