Was taken care of immediately after walking through the door and our salesman, Ben Nolan, was very laid back and personable. Really appreciated Dave helping us out so much in the Finance process. Great experience! After a recommendation from friends, I checked Zeck's website and did not find the car I was looking for. Drove in and was introduced to Bill and Bren After a recommendation from friends, I checked Zeck's website and did not find the car I was looking for. Drove in and was introduced to Bill and Brendan. They checked to make sure the car I was interested in was a good fit for me, and in about 1.5 hrs found the perfect car on their lot. This was the best car buying experience I have had from a dealership in over 40 years of car buying! More

Lots of selection, good price and Nino! My 8 year old son and I went to take a look at what was available. We found no less than 5 vehicles I was interested in. We drove 2 of them and got a My 8 year old son and I went to take a look at what was available. We found no less than 5 vehicles I was interested in. We drove 2 of them and got a great Ford Explorer. I was very happy with Cullen and the entire process at Zeck Ford. AND we got our picture taken with Nino Williams which was the highlight of the trip for my son. Thanks guys! More

Started Great but not the best experience I've had I drove 2 1/2 hours to Zeck Ford as they had the used car I wanted. Price was good and I was impressed with how they went over everything about the ca I drove 2 1/2 hours to Zeck Ford as they had the used car I wanted. Price was good and I was impressed with how they went over everything about the car including the history. Everyone was nice and seemed to really care about my business. However, once I signed the dotted line things went south quickly. I was told the person that schedules car delivery would call me in just a little while. I never heard from him. I then had to call my sales person the next day as I still hadn't heard from anyone. The car gets delivered. I get handed ONE key. I text my sales manager and ask him if there is only ONE key and he says yes...but....that he called my local Ford dealer and they would make me another one for $175!!! I realize I didn't spend a lot of money (it was for me) but are you kidding me? I then realize they didn't give me the code to the doors as well But I got the three days later. Jason has called to check up but I think I'm a little sore about the one and only key. More
