Unexpected Pleasant Experience We aren't ones to enjoy a local visit to the dealership, but on a Saturday morning whim we decided to satisfy our curiosity about some of the F-150 tr We aren't ones to enjoy a local visit to the dealership, but on a Saturday morning whim we decided to satisfy our curiosity about some of the F-150 trim levels. The dealership website suggests making an appointment for Saturdays. We ignored this advice because we were "just looking." Upon arrival, the dealership surprised us with the laid-back, almost party-like, atmosphere (multiple televisions airing the games, music playing, and a sea of customers/employees). Although helping other customers, Tyler Hatcher went out of his way to show us some of the trucks we were interested in viewing. Tyler was professional and friendly - not the slightest bit pushy. He explained the dealership's pricing policy to us, of which we were previously unaware. After we viewed one truck, he offered to let us test drive another -150 we were eyeballing. It was obvious Tyler was busy (everyone seemed to be), but he never made us feel rushed or like we were pulling him away from another sale. Fast-forward a few hours: we traded in our car. Our overall experience was better than expected. The trade-in process was pretty easy, and the dealership seems to have a good system for streamlining a LOT of customers through the various stages of purchasing. I would recommend this dealership, and especially Tyler, to friends or family - particularly to those looking for a no-hassle car buying experience. If you dread buying cars because of previous dealership experiences, give Zeck a shot... and ask for Tyler Hatcher. More

The non-commissioned, friendly sales staff is not at all pushy and listens to what you want and need in a vehicle. Fran was extremely knowledgeable on all of their inventory that qualified for the criteria we were looking for in a vehicle. He went out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable and had every question or concern answered. Fran was able to get us exactly what we were looking for and at a price that couldn't be touched by any other dealer. The cars were all detailed far superior than other dealerships and were some of the cleanest used vehicles we've seen. The whole process from walking in, to test driving and obtaining financing, to driving off with our newly purchased vehicle, took about three hours, about half the time spent haggling with other dealerships in past vehicle purchases. Everyone was happy and pleasant and I can truly say everyone looked happy to be there. I think we were addressed at least 6 times when we were there by various team members asking if we were being helped, if we needed anything, could they get us a water, etc. Our salesman was very nice and very knowledgeable with the car we were looking at. In fact, we contacted him the night before and he got back to us immediately. And it was after hours! Everyone from the salesperson, to financing, to the final checklist were great!
