Everyone that we encountered during our day there was friendly and courteous. Mark, our salesperson, was extremely nice to work with from start to finish. He even stayed after hours with us while we were waiting for paperwork to be completed. The day we were there it was VERY busy...people were in and out the entire day. However, the atmosphere was always low key and no hassle, which made the entire process so much less stressful on our end. We had actually come down to buy a truck for my husband, and then ended up buying my car also! Something that we hadn't intended to do that day and I'm sure would not have done at any other dealership. I would recommend Zeck Ford if you are looking for a great car and even greater customer service. More
