Unfortunately, Jacob was not available when we were able to go to the dealership. When we arrived at the dealership, Dustin Deason met us and led us through the purchase/trade process. Even when filtering for my color choice, there were several options at Zeck, so that made it worth our drive to Leavenworth from NE Johnson County! We were treated very well by Ben Nolan, who worked with us on the test drives and deciding between our top two choices. Ben was kind, patient, and helpful in every possible way. He even noticed that I was still sitting in the car on the lot, a few minutes after the dealership closed down for the night, driving over on his way out, to see if I was having any trouble (he helped me get my phone paired with the Bluetooth!). We were very impressed with the service and selection at Zeck--but we were especially pleased with Ben's excellent care. More
