Great Experience with Zeck Ford The Good: I found Zeck Ford through USAA Car buying program and it was overall a great experience. I was in and out in about 2 and half hours, even th The Good: I found Zeck Ford through USAA Car buying program and it was overall a great experience. I was in and out in about 2 and half hours, even though that were busy as heck. (I honestly did not expect to drive off the lot with a new car that day, so I was pleasantly surprised.) All of the employees were very pleasant! I wasn't in the door more then 10 seconds and an employee greeted me and directed me to my salesman! Also, must have been offer water or coffee 5 different times, lol! My salesman Kyle was just an around nice guy who loves his work. He was also very knowledgeable about the car I was buying and made the whole process pretty painless. I would give Kyle a solid A+. The finance guy was also great as well, but I forget his name. He got me through the paperwork pretty quickly, and that was greatly appreciated! The Bad: Ok, two bad things. First, the sales tax in Leavenworth is 10.1%!!! Now this isn't a ding on Zeck Ford because there is nothing they can do about that, but it is something to be aware of. Second, when I got in my car to take it home, there was probably slightly less than an eight of a tank of gas. While I didn't expect a full tank of gas, a quarter tank would have been nice, but not a big deal overall. The Ugly: There was one thing that I was disappointed in. My car only came with one key fob. Now granted my car was used, so fobs go missing, but since this was a Ford dealer, I kind of expected them to replace it. They offered to make me a new one, but the cost was $165.00! So, kind of pricey. Final Verdict: I would give Zeck Ford a solid A. (They would have gotten an A+ except for the fob). I would definitely recommend them. More

Clint was kind, understanding and very patient with me when it came to deciding on a vehicle and whether I should move forward or not with the purchase. I also met several other staff members at Zeck and all of them were very helpful and friendly. This is the second car I have purchased at Zeck and I will definitely be back when the need arises for another vehicle. More
